  June 4, 2024 Prior to the beginning of the meeting, two awards were made: 2023 Honorary Fellowship awarded to Cheryl Praeger 2023 Kirkman Medal awarded to Sam Mattheus Dr Colbourn read citations and made the awards with the assistance of Dr Pasotti.     2024 ICA Annual General Meeting President’s Report Charles J. Colbourn June 2024 Mission of the ICA • The ICA was established in 1990 by Ralph Stanton for the purpose of promoting the development of combinatorics and of encouraging publications and conferences in combinatorics and its applications. • The three most important functions of the ICA are: • publishing the Bulletin of the ICA • supporting conferences, and • awarding medals and honorary fellowships.
